Find the actual requirement

Some tasks come with a required ink color, type or document process. This reference has not reviewed your form, institution or archival requirement. Before choosing a pen for that task, read the applicable instructions or ask the responsible organization. A gel label and a black ink option do not independently establish acceptance for every official document.

Keep ink properties unverified

The observed BL77 page identifies liquid gel and a 0.7 mm metal tip. We do not turn those fields into a waterproof, permanent, archival or tamper-resistance certification. If a task requires such a property, find the exact selected product claim and its relevant scope. A general brand reputation or a similarly named specialty product is not sufficient evidence.

Separate a personal note task

For ordinary personal notes, you may be able to choose according to your own preferences and the actual paper setup. That does not require us to invent a handwriting review or a claimed smoothness score. This site has not written with the pens and does not publish first-person comfort, drying or signature experience.

What to record with the order

Keep the requirement source, date, selected SKU, color and any explicit product evidence with the purchase record. If a required field remains unverified, stop that specific acceptance claim while continuing ordinary price research. The finder can show a manufacturer-listed refill relationship; it cannot certify a pen for a bank, exam, medical chart or public-record rule.

Use the source that governs the task

The responsible institution, form issuer or records policy is the source for an acceptance requirement. A pen maker can describe its product, but that does not bind every outside organization. Save the actual rule you checked and its date. This reference does not supply a legal opinion about a signature or document process.

Avoid a permanent-ink shortcut

A black color option and a medium point do not themselves establish permanence. Likewise, a model from another family with a documented specialty property cannot pass that property to BL77. Keep any exact product standard or claim tied to its named item and seek the relevant institution confirmation when required.
